After many months of rain and a slight reprieve, we’ve been able to get out and finish many of our jobs that required the finishing touch of colour sealer.

We suggest colour seal application after concrete pour, however we do regularly offer clients with existing homes a full pressure wash & colour reseal which can help with the overall appearance & tidiness of the home and increase sales value if listing on the Property market.

Trowel Finish

Trowel finish is the most common and popular finish of concrete used for all major types of applications. After the concrete is poured and levelled off, a trowel is used to smooth and fine-level the surface of concrete, leaving a smooth surface (no patterns).

Broom Finish

Broom finished concrete delivere a  rough textured finished created by dragging a broom on the trowelled surface of the concrete while the concrete is still fresh. This is a great non-slip option

Stamped Impression

Stamped concrete finish is obtained by pressing the required patterns on the freshly levelled concrete.

This type of concrete finish after completion of their construction looks similar to stones such as slates or flagstones, brick, tile, timber flooring & more. The possibilities are endless with stamped concrete and paired with varying colour options can really add to the aesthetic of your home.

Stencil Finish

Stencil finish is obtained by laying a stencil pattern on the freshly levelled concrete and then a layer of pigment colour applied over the top. When set, the stencil is removed to reveal an impressed pattern. 

 

Hand Cove Finish (Swirl pattern)

Hand Cove Finish

Swirl finish is one of the most exceptional types of concrete finish that is generated by smearing the concrete surface in a uniformly overlapping circular pattern.

It provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance to the concrete surface which is favoured for outdoor applications such as driveways, paths & walkways, because it’s an ideal non slip finish.

Coloured Concrete

Pigments and oxides can be added to your concrete mix to achieve a full depth colour that is UV-resistant.

Coloured concrete can be used by itself or combined with aggregates for exposed aggregate driveways and unique polished floors in your home or commercial property.

We have a a range of colour hardeners, release agents, oxides and pigments for grey and off-white concrete surfaces. If you want to achieve a full depth of colour for your concrete surfaces, we have UV-resistant oxides that can be added to concrete, mortar and render mix.
